We are an established property management firm that represents the region with quality, professionalism, and knowledge. We specialize in single-family and multi-family units including duplexes, condos, townhomes, triplexes and apartments in the Quad-City and surrounding areas.

Over the years, Pierce Property Management's property database has expanded to approximately 700 residential properties.

Our professional property management team consists of individuals who are members of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers), NAR (National Association of Realtors), PAAR (Prescott Area Association of Realtors) and MLS (Multiple Listings Service). We strive to further our education and provide professional property management to all our clients. Our licensed professional property managers specialize in the Quad-City and surrounding areas. Our team also includes a full-time bookkeeper and administrative assistants as well as the broker who has over 30 years experience in the property management field.

Pierce Property Management is involved with the community. We are sponsors for the local Yavapai Humane Society and have participated the last five years in the annual Walk for the Animals. PPM has previously sponsored Ms. Quilber, the resident porcupine, at the Heritage Park Zoo. PPM also sponsors a Prescott Little League team and donates to other local charities. In 2014, PPM adopted Coyote Springs Elementary School through the Adopt-A-School program sponsored by the Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce and continues to raise donations to assist the teachers with supplies and expenses. In 2015, PPM was able to provide them with a new duplicating machine. PPM continues to support Coyote Springs Elementary School and received special recognition at a Humboldt Unified School District Board Meeting.
