I spoke with Craig Redding from Aero Land Surveyors because I wanted him to complete and submit a lot split application, which requires a survey to be made and an application to be submitted to the city for approval. He promised me to get it done in December 2023, and it is now February 2024 and still it is not done. I have repeatedly had to call, email, and text him and others in the company just to remind them that they have a job to do, which I paid them for! I provided them with all of the necessary documentation to complete the lot split, but it became very obvious that they never looked at anything I gave them, as their initial surveys had completely disregarded the necessary instructions for a lot split, which I provided to them. I even gave them my contact in the city, so that they could be in touch with her to get the application done more quickly and easily, but they never spoke with her at all throughout this process. I have been trying to sell my land for several months, but due to Aero Land Surveyor's unacceptable delays and lack of communication, I have had two buyers for my land back out due to delays. This company has lost me hundreds of thousands of dollars at this point. I now have to hire another surveyor to do this job for me, and Aero Land Surveyors is not giving me the money back that I paid them for this job that they did not do for me! Overall, Aero Land Surveyors has terrible communication, makes false promises, does not get near to making their deadlines, and does not care at all about their customers. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY, and you will avoid the headache that I am now in.
