Esther Talbert has been the Designated Broker, of Yavapai Realty serving the Sedona-Verde Valley and Prescott areas for over 40 years. She is the principal owner of the company, and been actively involved in the ownership and development of varieties of properties for the last 30 years.
Providing a Standard of Care ~ Limiting Liability by providing a higher standard of care through awareness, to meet the fiduciary duties of the client is the focus.

Esther came from Southern California in 1972 to the Sedona-Verde Valley and loves the area. Taking great pride in her community and an active part in making a difference in protecting the Environment and Real Estate ownership rights. She is also a counselor with the needs of individuals going through difficult times. She has a wonderful daughter and 3 grandchildren she gets to spend prime time with.
She has a variety of Real Estate certifications and takes many hours of continued education yearly to stay on top of the latest changes to be able to better serve her clients~
